Description

Build production AI agents, Python services, and MCP servers for complex platform workflows.
Develop integrations for payments, identity, e-signature, and real-time data services.
Build rules engines and configuration runtime that enable customers to launch products without code changes.
Create company migration tooling, including importer pipelines and batch reconciliation services with zero data loss.
Build and scale multi-tenant batch systems for settlement runs, document pipelines, and asynchronous workers.
Design public APIs for the customer ecosystem, including AI-agent consumers.
Develop financial systems for billing, payouts, commissions, refunds, and transaction cycles.

Requirements

Be located in Argentina or Brazil and submit a resume in English.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of Python web development experience, particularly with financial systems or modules.
3+ years of SQL database experience, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
3+ years of SaaS product development experience, including cloud-based solutions.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Django or another Python framework.
2+ years of experience building and consuming APIs for financial transactions.
Daily experience using agentic AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex, including directing agents on multi-file, long-horizon tasks.
Advanced mathematical skills in financial modeling, algorithms, and data processing.
Experience with Vue.js or React, Docker, AWS, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience at a scaling startup, spec-driven development, production AI agents or LLM pipelines using LangChain or LangGraph, multi-agent workflows, or fintech is preferred.
