Description

  • Build and improve custom AI agents and agentic workflows for marketing teams.
  • Automate marketing workflows by integrating AI into the martech stack.
  • Help build and maintain MCP connectors across marketing applications.
  • Create shared prompt libraries, skills, and brand voice frameworks.
  • Work through the marketing AI backlog and deliver useful projects regularly.
  • Run office hours and help teammates adopt new tools.
  • Document lessons learned, best practices, and what to try next.
  • Evaluate AI tools for usefulness, security, and integration fit.
  • Take on stretch projects such as RAG, multi-modal AI, or more advanced agent designs when ready.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a similar technical field, or equivalent self-taught technical ability.
  • Hands-on curiosity with LLMs such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini beyond casual chatbot use.
  • A portfolio piece or example of something you have built, such as a script, bot, automation, or class project.
  • Comfort reading and writing code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Ability to work through APIs and technical documentation.
  • A proactive, self-directed mindset with willingness to figure things out independently.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in marketing and how a go-to-market team operates.
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Zapier or n8n, or MarTech systems such as CRM, marketing automation, or analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-modal AI, including image generation, video, or audio synthesis, is a plus.
