Description

  • Drive timelines across startups and projects to ensure key deliverables are completed on time.
  • Monitor unfinished items from leadership discussions and ensure every initiative has a clear owner and deadline.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks independently and escalate only fully briefed strategic options to the CEO.
  • Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution by operationalizing new workflows, policies, and org changes.
  • Design and govern agendas for CEO-led meetings and ensure high-value decision-making materials are prepared.
  • Translate leadership decisions into actionable ownership and follow up systematically with senior stakeholders.
  • Act as an extension of the CEO by cascading operational directives across the leadership team and business units.
  • Protect the CEO’s time by filtering and resolving operational issues before escalation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, delivery management, or operations coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous direct experience supporting a CEO or founder as an executive right hand, Chief of Staff, or dedicated operations lead.
  • Track record of successfully driving a founder’s strategic priorities to completion.
  • Exceptionally organized, methodical, and consistent, with a strong finisher mindset.
  • Outstanding emotional intelligence and diplomatic communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior executives and C-level owners while maintaining high accountability for deadlines.
  • Experience in a role requiring strong execution, follow-up, and operational ownership (preferred).
