Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment.
  • Support Oracle Fusion HCM development and production issues across HCM modules.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
  • Develop and manage HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC solutions.
  • Handle data migration and related technical HCM processes.
  • Work with Oracle Cloud security roles and HCM data model architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership.
  • Apply SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and JSON in HCM technical solutions.
  • Support additional ERP areas such as Budgetary Control and General Ledger as needed.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM development and support.
  • Functional experience with HCM Payroll, Time & Labor, and Fast Formulas.
  • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC.
  • Experience with HCM REST and SOAP web services integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and HCM data model architecture.
  • Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL, with familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with VBCS preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred, including Core HR, Payroll, or Technical Track.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud certification preferred.
