Description

  • Automate repetitive tasks across engineering workflows.
  • Streamline the software development lifecycle to improve team efficiency.
  • Optimize deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable software releases.
  • Analyze existing engineering processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Optimize code review processes.
  • Implement continuous integration and delivery best practices.
  • Work with multiple team members to design and implement technical projects.
  • Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems in new and legacy codebases.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
  • Proficiency writing software used in a production environment.
  • Experience working on a platform with multiple services.
  • Experience collaborating with teammates of varying experience levels.
  • Ability to work and problem-solve independently.
  • A collaborative, documentation-focused, customer-focused, and curious mindset.
  • DevOps or SRE experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Golang and Ruby in a production environment (preferred).
  • Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team, or contributing engineering-wide initiatives (preferred).
