Description

  • Design and execute advanced analyses on digital behavior, campaign performance, and conversion funnels to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams.
  • Build data storytelling narratives tailored to technical, managerial, and executive audiences.
  • Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models for the digital ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines in BigQuery from GA4, CRM, media, and transactional sources.
  • Design optimized SQL queries on large-scale datasets, including GA4 export tables.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering on data modeling, quality, governance, and availability across GCP and AWS.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards in Looker Studio or other BI tools.
  • Present findings to C-level audiences in clear, business-oriented language.
  • Support junior analysts and promote data-driven decision-making across regional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Cloud (Data Engineer / Data Analyst), AWS (Data Analytics), or equivalents are a plus.
  • Experience in advanced analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles, preferably in digital, telecommunications, e-commerce, or media industries.
  • Experience leading end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition to implementation and communication.
  • Experience in regional or multinational environments is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including configuration, implementation, advanced analysis, and BigQuery export.
  • Advanced BigQuery / SQL skills, including window functions, partitioning, cost optimization, and integration with GA4 and transactional data.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS data services such as S3, Athena, Glue, Redshift, or equivalents.
  • Python experience with pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
  • Machine learning knowledge covering supervised and unsupervised algorithms, validation, metrics, and experimentation.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing topics such as paid media, SEO, CRM, CRO, attribution, conversion funnels, and customer journey.
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Nice to have: experience with dbt, Airflow, experimentation platforms, CRO tools, causal inference frameworks, and generative AI tools.
  • English proficiency at intermediate to advanced level (B1/B2) for meetings, presentations, and technical documentation.
