Description

  • Research and document root causes for replacement orders.
  • Proofread and edit design files to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Determine appropriate customer solutions using available resources.
  • Communicate with customers by email to redesign and replace orders.
  • Troubleshoot technical, design, and printing errors in a production environment.
  • Coordinate with printing facilities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Work at least one weekend day within Minted’s seven-day operating schedule.

Requirements

  • Residence in one of the specified eligible states.
  • Availability for a remote seasonal role from late October through December 2026.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; InDesign and Lightroom are a plus.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • Ability to produce high-quality design work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility, openness to feedback, and ability to learn and work effectively remotely.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
