Description

Coordinate remote seasonal onboarding and off-boarding efforts with Recruiting, HR, department managers, and IT.
Process new hire and termination activities, including communications, background checks, workflow updates, and HR system updates.
Conduct virtual I-9 inspections with new seasonal hires during pre-onboarding.
Lead twice-weekly remote new employee orientation meetings for seasonal hires.
Serve as the primary contact for onboarding HR questions before hire and during orientation, including troubleshooting issues.
Work with IT to ensure new hires receive required equipment before their start date.
File employee personnel information and audit HR systems for accuracy of candidate and employee records.

Requirements

1-2 years of HR experience.
Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRIS.
Experience with monday.com is required, with Lever or Paylocity preferred.
Proficiency with Google Drive, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Comfort appearing on camera and leading orientations with large audiences.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and correct inconsistencies.
Ability to work in a process-oriented role and improve how systems work together.
Temporary full-time availability from mid to late August through the end of December.
Contract end date of 12/31/2026.

Benefits

Competitive hourly pay of $25.50-$33.46/hr for Geo 2 locations.
Competitive hourly pay of $23.39-$30.70/hr for Geo 3 locations.
Temporary full-time role.
Remote seasonal work environment.
