Description

  • Meet with clients remotely via video, chat, and email to provide guidance on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and related topics.
  • Adapt the LearnLux methodology to financial planning topics relevant to China.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience.
  • Become an expert on client benefit plans and support open enrollment as an extension of the client team.
  • Work with the content team to create outlines, review lessons, and approve content for the LearnLux digital platform.
  • Lead engagement campaigns for employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events.

Requirements

  • An active Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA), or similar financial planning/advisory designation or license.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members.
  • Experience across multiple areas of personal finance, including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance.
  • Passion for educating individuals to take control of and invest in their financial future.
  • Located in China and able to work 100% remotely within Vietnam on a contractor basis.
  • Startup and/or fintech experience is preferred.
  • Experience creating presentations and presenting to large audiences is preferred.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a nice to have.
