Description

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and deliver blended learning programs aligned with business goals.
  • Apply adult learning theory and evidence-based instructional design principles to create learner-centric experiences.
  • Design and curate learning solutions across formats such as eLearning, self-paced modules, virtual training sessions, and on-the-job activities.
  • Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance across all delivery modes.
  • Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs, to support learning design and delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and communication workflows to execute learning initiatives on time and in an organized manner.

Requirements

  • Background in instructional design and AI implementation.
  • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLMs such as GPT-4.
  • Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs and similar AI tools for learning solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset focused on making learning experiences smarter and more engaging.
  • Experience designing for adult professionals and blended learning environments.
  • Familiarity with self-paced, asynchronous e-learning and immersive learning simulators.
  • Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders (preferred).
