Description

Support the sales team with client communications, meeting scheduling, and follow-up coordination.
Serve as a client-facing point of contact for initial inquiries and routine communications.
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
Maintain and update CRM records for leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Conduct basic research on potential clients, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners.
Coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and technical teams to support smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, customer support, or operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable communicating with international clients and teams.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in blockchain, crypto, or emerging technologies.
Basic understanding of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets (preferred).
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems (preferred).
Experience supporting sales teams or working in client-facing roles (preferred).
