Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls and digital enquiries.
  • Manage listing enquiries from Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, and SpareRoom.
  • Qualify buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to assess needs and urgency.
  • Schedule viewings, valuations, and consultations through the team’s Google Calendar.
  • Maintain CRM records and segment leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold.
  • Follow up on unconverted opportunities and re-engage dormant leads.
  • Support email and SMS lead-nurturing campaigns for investors and property professionals.
  • Track and report pipeline performance to ensure no enquiries are missed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead qualification and appointment setting.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property.
  • Exceptional English communication skills and a professional, confident phone manner.
  • High proficiency in CRM management and accurate data entry.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, including Calendar, Drive, and Docs, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage high enquiry volumes.
  • Proactive follow-up approach and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the Manchester property market (preferred).
  • Experience managing multichannel leads across phone, email, and property portals (preferred).
  • Customer service or front-desk experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
