Description

  • Make 100+ outbound cold calls each day to prospects across multiple industries.
  • Follow and tailor outreach scripts to engage potential leads.
  • Qualify prospects against defined criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Partner with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and meetings booked.
  • Test call scripts, email subject lines, and outreach cadences to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outbound cold calling.
  • Ability to make 100+ calls per day.
  • Strong English verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience with CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
  • Stable internet connection and a professional home-office setup.
  • Results-driven, coachable, and highly organized.
