Description

  • Follow up on leads and acquire new homes.
  • Value properties, analyze comparable sales, and assess market pricing.
  • Estimate repair costs and determine ARV and as-is value.
  • Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions.
  • Prepare contracts for ratification.
  • Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
  • Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies through closing.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Consistent top 10% sales performance in previous roles.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas through phone sales.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Availability for evening and weekend work is required.
  • Ability to work remotely while also conducting in-person meetings.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is important.
