Description

Follow up on leads and acquire new homes.
Value properties, analyze comparable sales, and assess market pricing.
Estimate repair costs and determine ARV and as-is value.
Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions.
Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions.
Prepare contracts for ratification.
Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies through closing.
Conduct regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

Requirements

4+ years of sales experience.
Consistent top 10% sales performance in previous roles.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas through phone sales.
Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
Availability for evening and weekend work is required.
Ability to work remotely while also conducting in-person meetings.
Experience in a client-facing role is important.
