Description

  • Manage and respond to approximately 20,000 WhatsApp messages over a five-week period.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and assist with product-related questions.
  • Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote products and drive sales.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure 24/7 message coverage.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Track and document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications through WhatsApp with prompt, personalized responses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C customer support or sales.
  • Strong written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp and other messaging or CRM tools.
  • Flexible availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
  • Prior experience in sales and customer support, or customer assistance at music festivals or large events, preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high message or customer interaction volumes, preferred.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps and capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and works during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
