Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of smaller wholesale accounts from prospecting and outreach through to closing orders.
  • Build pipeline and conduct outbound outreach to generate new wholesale business.
  • Coordinate warehouse fulfilment with partners so orders ship accurately and on time.
  • Manage international shipping and export processes, including customs paperwork, freight forwarders, brokers, and cross-border delivery.
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM data, store-finder listings, and consignment stock reporting.
  • Handle order confirmations, stock updates, shipping updates, and day-to-day customer account queries.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and contribute to a process that is being redesigned.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or B2B/wholesale operations.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics and warehouse coordination, including working with 3PLs, stock, and fulfilment.
  • Practical experience exporting goods internationally, including customs documentation, freight forwarders, Incoterms, commodity codes, and cross-border duties.
  • Strong written English and a highly organised, detail-first way of working.
  • Confidence with outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and process improvement.
  • Shopify B2B experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to consignment or wholesale accounting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with US import and tariff rules is preferred.
  • A second language such as Italian, German, or Japanese is preferred.
