Description

  • Manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload independently.
  • Prepare and file H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 petitions.
  • Support PERM, I-140, I-485, and EB-2 NIW immigrant processes.
  • Draft O-1 and L-1A support letters, H-1B letters, and RFE responses.
  • Prepare responses to complex RFEs, NOIDs, and PERM audits with organized exhibits and timelines.
  • Maintain case tracking, calendars, documentation, and filing deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders in English and, when needed, Spanish.
  • Provide proactive case updates, identify risks, and keep matters progressing.
  • Ensure all client-facing writing is accurate, professional, and human-written.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of direct employment-based immigration paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate immigration environment.
  • Hands-on experience with H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 filings.
  • Experience supporting PERM, EB-category I-140, and I-485 cases.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong legal drafting skills, including support letters and RFE, NOID, and PERM audit responses.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
  • Experience with EB-2 NIW drafting and evidence organization preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex O-1 case strategy preferred.
  • Familiarity with immigration case management systems and metrics-driven workflows preferred.
