Description

Draft and review legal and commercial documentation.
Support contract-related matters and ongoing commercial legal work.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client outcomes.
Assist attorneys with client communications and case-related information.
Maintain, organize, and update legal documents and case files.
Collaborate with commercial team pods and cross-functional teams on ongoing projects.
Handle administrative tasks that support the commercial team’s operational efficiency.

Requirements

Law degree with a strong foundation in legal principles and practices.
Prior legal experience is required.
Commercial legal experience or experience supporting attorneys is strongly preferred.
Superior written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to organize work independently, manage competing deadlines, and follow through on assignments.
Ability to recognize when attorney guidance or escalation is needed.
Comfort working within a U.S. legal context while applying international legal knowledge.
Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of legal documents and data accurately.
U.S. bar admission is not required.
Availability to work from the country of residence within U.S. time zones.
