Description

  • Develop and execute content strategies for employer branding in South Korea.
  • Create localized digital content highlighting company culture, employee stories, and workplace values.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns that support employer brand and talent acquisition goals.
  • Partner with HR, Communications, and Marketing teams to align messaging and brand voice.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for reach and impact.
  • Support employer brand activations, recruitment campaigns, and internal communications for the Korean talent market.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital campaigns, or employer branding in South Korea.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Korean and English.
  • Ability to translate employer brand strategies into compelling digital content.
  • Familiarity with South Korea’s digital platforms, talent landscape, and workplace culture.
