Description

  • Encode and label text and image data according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
  • Use AI tools to speed up annotation while maintaining human-level accuracy.
  • Proofread and normalize entries, including grammar, style, and metadata.
  • Meet daily throughput targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Flag edge cases and suggest clarifications to improve labeling rubrics.
  • Keep detailed records of work completed, including batches, versions, and timestamps.
  • Coordinate work with the project lead to meet daily volume and QA targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data encoding, annotation, or a related operations role.
  • Strong English language skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfort working with style guides and process-driven workflows.
  • AI proficiency, including experience with tools like ChatGPT and prompt-based workflows.
  • Spreadsheet fluency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Comfort using ticketing tools.
  • Reliability under tight timelines with the ability to work accurately and quickly.
  • Experience with content moderation, metadata, labeling tools, or QA checklists is preferred.
  • Basic regex or lightweight scripting for bulk operations is a plus.
  • Background in social, marketing, or content pipelines is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on a project-based contractor engagement starting ASAP.
  • Availability to work remotely and meet daily output and QA targets.
