Description

  • Own end-to-end content strategy and development for national paid media across TV/ADTV, paid social, paid digital, and search.
  • Manage creative briefs, creative development, MLR routing, approvals, and OTIF asset trafficking.
  • Lead CRM and owned-channel content strategy across website, organic social, DTC promotions, email, loyalty, and consumer education.
  • Oversee content reviews and MLR routing for DTC materials including email, website banners, landing pages, website updates, recipe content, and blog articles.
  • Own monthly content calendar planning, tentpole briefs/playbooks, and cross-functional owned-channel execution.
  • Serve as the brand lead for always-on paid social programs and develop awareness and consideration assets.
  • Support the evolution of the 2027 campaign platform and contribute to campaign briefing, concept reviews, and asset development.
  • Support development and activation of cultural tentpole platforms across owned, paid, and influencer channels.
  • Serve as the key communications contact for the influencer and creator program, including agency relationship management, creator selection, content review, budget, and sampling.
  • Act as brand point of contact for key agencies and partner across Brand Management, Medical Affairs, Creative Services, DTC, Community & Culture, and PR.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or communications, ideally in CPG, health, or nutrition.
  • Experience managing integrated paid and owned content across the funnel, including TV, paid social, search, CRM, DTC, and website.
  • Strong agency management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort owning MLR-routed deliverables and OTIF trafficking.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy and cultural insight into on-brand creative and content.
  • Highly organized, agile under tight timelines, and able to collaborate clearly across teams.
  • Experience with influencer or creator programs is preferred.
  • Ability to flex across adjacent projects within the broader Lifestyle Nutrition portfolio, if needed.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Travel up to 10%.
