Description

  • Own and execute EMEA marketing plans and campaigns aligned with regional business priorities and pipeline objectives.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to translate commercial priorities and customer needs into marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing programs for strategic accounts and priority segments.
  • Build account-specific and account-cluster plans based on customer challenges, buying signals, and stakeholder profiles.
  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns and events across EMEA, including webinars, trade shows, executive events, partner activities, and customer programs.
  • Manage multi-channel demand generation across email, paid media, social media, content, and other relevant channels.
  • Adapt and localize global campaigns, content, and messaging for priority markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide marketing advice to regional leadership.
  • Present marketing plans, results, insights, and recommendations to C-level and director-level stakeholders.
  • Track performance, manage budgets, and use data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales.
  • Strong experience across demand generation, integrated campaigns, events, content, and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and present to C-suite and Head-of-level audiences.
  • Experience operating across multiple EMEA markets and adapting marketing approaches to different priorities and market maturity.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and business growth.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to measure performance.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
  • Experience within the Atlassian ecosystem, technology consulting, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, storytelling, analytical, and collaborative skills.
