Description

  • Coordinate work across frontend, backend, design, and QA teams.
  • Prepare and maintain product requirements and development tasks.
  • Track progress and follow up on deliverables.
  • Assist with testing and validation of new functionality.
  • Analyze business processes and propose improvements.
  • Support product planning and prioritization activities.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable learning complex business domains and workflows.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Native Russian speaker.
  • Understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, or derivatives (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with options and multi-leg strategies (nice to have).
  • Basic Python, SQL, or data analysis skills (nice to have).
  • Experience with UX/UI design processes (nice to have).
  • Experience working in fintech or capital markets (nice to have).
