Description

  • Lead the technical delivery of customer network projects.
  • Act as technical lead for network faults, escalations, and major incidents.
  • Own technical quality, solution delivery, and documentation.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and fellow engineers.
  • Provide expert support across enterprise customer environments.
  • Support change windows and critical project activity with occasional planned out-of-hours work.
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK as required.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies such as Cisco Viptela, Meraki, or Fortinet.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LAN/WLAN technologies such as Cisco or Meraki.
  • Strong hands-on experience with security technologies such as Fortinet or Cisco Firepower.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, fault-finding, and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience managing critical incidents, technical escalations, and complex change requests.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to take technical ownership and provide leadership during major incidents and project delivery.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
