Description

  • Coordinate veterinarian recruiting from application through interview, offer, onboarding, and activation.
  • Communicate with candidates and provide timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedule interviews, onboarding activities, and candidate touchpoints across teams and time zones.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, and documentation in recruiting and operational systems.
  • Collect licensing information, contracts, required documents, and other onboarding materials.
  • Assist with veterinarian sourcing and outreach across multiple states.
  • Collaborate with Talent Operations and internal teams to answer candidate questions and resolve issues.
  • Support recruiting metrics, reporting, process improvements, and other Talent Operations projects.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, healthcare operations, customer operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a client-facing position.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows.
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, scheduling tools, or recruiting operations software.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a growing organization.
  • Interest in veterinary telemedicine and evolving telehealth regulations.
  • Startup or high-growth recruiting experience preferred.
  • Veterinary industry experience preferred; being a pet owner is a plus.
  • Ability to work Pacific Time-aligned hours if remote.
  • Remote candidates must reside in California, New Jersey, Washington, Tennessee, Iowa, Florida, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, North Carolina, or New York.
