Description

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting leadership to execute hiring plans for job requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate hiring process information in the applicant tracking system and GitLab repositories.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate recruiting logistics across time zones.
  • Provide timely, thoughtful communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor candidate pipelines, manage candidate flow, and flag bottlenecks or process issues.
  • Create and stage employment contracts for candidates receiving offers.
  • Coordinate seamless handoffs to People Operations for new team members.
  • Represent GitLab’s values, culture, and all-remote approach in candidate interactions.
  • Help improve and standardize coordination workflows and hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Based in EMEA for this contract opportunity.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes with recruiters and hiring managers, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems to schedule, track, and move candidates through interview stages; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools, with willingness to learn additional systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with executives.
  • Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across time zones and functions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Interest in talent acquisition and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment with flexible hours across multiple time zones.
  • Alignment with GitLab’s values; related coordination or operations experience may be transferable.
