Description

Source and attract qualified candidates across departments using proactive recruiting and headhunting methods.
Conduct structured screening interviews assessing capability, motivation, culture fit, and role alignment.
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Apply scorecards and evaluation frameworks to support consistent and fair assessments.
Prepare offers, manage negotiations, and support successful offer acceptance.
Lead onboarding from the first day by ensuring expectations, resources, and workflows are in place.
Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, touchpoints, and pipeline status.
Improve hiring systems, interview structures, onboarding workflows, and reporting processes.
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, onboarding success, and pipeline health.
Collaborate with the CEO and department leads on role requirements, job postings, market research, and hiring decisions.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
Experience recruiting in fast-moving online businesses, preferably in marketing, coaching, or education.
Strong Boolean sourcing skills and confidence using ATS platforms such as Workable.
Familiarity with assessment tools, scorecards, and structured interviews.
Clear, professional, and confident written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and process-driven, with strong pipeline, documentation, and follow-up practices.
Ability to independently own the talent acquisition function with minimal supervision.
Coachable, growth-oriented, and committed to continuously improving hiring systems and performance.
High standards for candidate quality and experience, with a focus on hiring top performers.
