Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through both channels.
  • Provide objective feedback on customer experiences through questionnaires and surveys.
  • Select assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Complete post-evaluation questionnaires after each assignment.
  • Follow project objectives and special requirements set by each luxury brand.
  • Perform evaluations that may include store visits, purchase returns, online purchases, or booking appointments.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands to maintain evaluation integrity.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must be able to register on CXG's platform and complete the general certification.
  • Must be willing to use a mobile app to search for and apply to missions.
