Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
  • Communicate monthly and quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support growth targets.
  • Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, system updates, and schedule management.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, preferably in hospitality, client success, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy for client needs and the ability to address concerns effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to offer practical solutions.
  • Ability to participate in video, live, or Zoom interviews during the hiring process.
