Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
  • Communicate monthly and quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop territory opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, internal system updates, and schedule management.
  • Transition effectively between client-facing, administrative, and internal support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience managing client relationships, preferably in hospitality, customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic understanding of client needs and ability to address them effectively.
  • Ability to resolve challenges and proactively propose solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
