Description

  • Choose assignments that align with your personal preferences and profile.
  • Visit luxury stores in person or evaluate brands online from home.
  • Interact with sales associates during in-store or online evaluations.
  • Observe the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on the CXG platform.
  • Complete purchase-based or non-purchase evaluations according to the mission brief.
  • Use the mobile platform to manage missions, certifications, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete a profile to 100% and get verified.
  • Must pass the General Certification to access missions.
