Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through both channels.
  • Provide objective feedback about each customer experience.
  • Choose assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Complete post-evaluation questionnaires accurately and on time.
  • Follow project objectives and any special brand requirements.
  • Perform several evaluations per month as available.
  • Use the platform or mobile app to search for and apply to missions.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands to preserve evaluation integrity.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required; honest feedback from real customers is expected.
  • Must register on the CXG platform and complete profile verification.
  • Must complete the welcome package and pass the general certification.
