Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through a combination of both.
  • Provide objective feedback on each assigned customer experience.
  • Select assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Complete questionnaires after each evaluation.
  • Follow project objectives and any special requirements set by the luxury brand.
  • Perform tasks such as store visits, product returns, online purchases, or appointment bookings as part of evaluations.
  • Use the mobile app to search for missions, apply for opportunities, take certifications, and submit surveys.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands to ensure evaluation integrity.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete the general certification and profile verification process.
  • Ability to work as a freelance evaluator and accept assignments as available.
