Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through both channels.
  • Visit stores, make purchases, return items, or book appointments as part of assigned missions.
  • Provide objective feedback about the customer experience via questionnaires after each evaluation.
  • Choose assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Comply with each luxury brand’s project objectives and special requirements.
  • Browse, search for, and apply to available missions through the platform or mobile app.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete the welcome package and pass the general certification.
  • Ability to use the online platform and mobile application to manage missions.
  • Applicants should not have worked for luxury retail brands to ensure objectivity.
