Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through a mix of both channels.
  • Provide objective feedback based on personal customer experiences.
  • Select assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Complete questionnaires after each evaluation.
  • Follow project objectives and any special requirements set by the brand.
  • Visit stores, make purchases, return items, or book appointments as part of assigned missions.
  • Use the mobile application to search for and apply to available missions.
  • Submit surveys and other required evaluation materials through the platform.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not have worked for luxury retail brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands to preserve evaluation integrity.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must be willing to complete a general certification and profile verification.
  • Must be able to use the mobile app and online platform for missions and surveys.
