Description

  • Develop and deliver high-quality creative across digital, print, social, video, and out-of-home channels while meeting accessibility, SEO, brand, and development standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, copywriters, art directors, and designers to plan and execute integrated creative work.
  • Design, plan, and facilitate experience workshops using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback.
  • Apply user research and customer journey insights to create effective UI, UX, content, and digital experiences.
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients to support long-term partnerships and organic growth.
  • Oversee compelling campaigns that align with brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines, budgets, technical requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform innovation and improve creative outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design or human-centered design.
  • 5+ years of agency experience.
  • Experience developing responsive digital experiences, designs, style guides, and platforms.
  • Experience developing brands and integrated creative campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with the ability to adapt to new software.
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience design and strategic thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of UI, UX, content creation, brand development, digital landscapes, and technical requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and ownership.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to complete work on time, within budget, and under tight deadlines.
  • Professional and personal integrity.
  • Ability to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification.
