Description

  • Ensure high-quality creative across channels while meeting accessibility, SEO, brand, and development requirements.
  • Present creative work to clients and communicate design rationale effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and facilitate experience workshops.
  • Apply customer journeys and messaging hierarchies across digital and physical channels.
  • Conduct or support user research and translate findings into actionable design insights.
  • Create sketches, blueprints, prototypes, and other artifacts to gather feedback.
  • Maintain consistent brand representation across print, social, video, digital, and out-of-home work.
  • Oversee compelling campaigns and collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and designers.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets, and delivery requirements.
  • Build strong senior-client relationships and contribute to long-term partnerships and organic growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design or human-centered design.
  • 5+ years of agency experience.
  • Experience developing responsive digital experiences, designs, style guides, and platforms.
  • Experience developing brands and integrated creative campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with the ability to learn new software.
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience design and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of UI, UX, content creation, brand development, digital landscapes, and technical requirements.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, ownership, and ability to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Contract availability of 20–40 hours per week for 3–4 months.
