Description

Attend mandatory pre-program TA onboarding and prepare to support learners before launch.
Monitor Pumble channels and respond promptly to learner questions during live sessions.
Check in with learners after live classes to surface questions and clarify content.
Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures when applicable.
Provide live lecture coverage support if the Lead Instructor has technical issues or is unavailable.
Monitor learner questions on non-live days and respond within 24 hours.
Post relevant resources and discussion prompts in appropriate Pumble channels.
Review upcoming course materials, labs, projects, and cases to prepare for learner questions.
Hold up to six individual office hours per week to support learners.
Grade learner exercises and projects within seven days of submission.
Create video walkthroughs for asynchronous assignments such as extended cases and portfolio tasks.
Submit weekly write-ups summarizing accomplishments, challenges, learner insights, and improvement ideas.
Attend weekly staff meetings and other scheduled meetings with active participation and camera on.

Requirements

Experience as a data analytics professional with leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Experience working in Supply Chain Analytics.
Supply Chain Procurement Certificate or equivalent.
Empathy, flexibility, and patience for working with diverse learners new to data analytics and logistics content.
Experience operating in a fully virtual environment.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Working knowledge of Zoom.
Working knowledge of Pumble.
Prior teaching experience with adult learners is a plus.
