Description

Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, redactions, and related issue-spotting tasks.
Perform conceptual searching and first- and second-level document review.
Use electronic document review platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
Assist with document review, privilege review, legal research, and foreign language translation as needed.
Work on project-based assignments with location and hours determined by each engagement.
Collaborate as part of a document review team under project managers and analysts.
Support efficient and accurate workflow execution for client matters.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese.
Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-review processes.
Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
Preferred: Experience as a member of a document review team.
Preferred: Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
Ability to work on a project-by-project basis, including possible remote work and non-standard business hours.
