Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, redactions, and related issue-spotting tasks.
  • Perform conceptual searching and first- and second-level document review.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
  • Assist with document review, privilege review, legal research, and foreign language translation as needed.
  • Work on project-based assignments with location and hours determined by each engagement.
  • Collaborate as part of a document review team under project managers and analysts.
  • Support efficient and accurate workflow execution for client matters.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-review processes.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Preferred: Experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work on a project-by-project basis, including possible remote work and non-standard business hours.
