Description

Perform privilege and responsiveness review on eDiscovery document review matters.
Conduct first and second-level document review as assigned.
Apply redactions to documents when required.
Use conceptual searching during review workflows.
Work with electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Support document review team efforts on project-based assignments.
Assist with legal research and foreign language translation when needed.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese.
Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege review, responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first and second review.
Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
Availability for project-based remote work with hours and location determined by assignment.
Ability to work outside standard business hours when required by the project.

Benefits

Remote work opportunity, with location and hours determined on a project-by-project basis.
Contract-based role.
Hourly pay of $34 per hour.
