Description

  • Perform privilege and responsiveness document review on assigned matters.
  • Conduct first-pass and second-pass review workflows as needed.
  • Apply redactions and identify relevant document issues during review.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and process case materials.
  • Perform conceptual searching and other review-related search tasks.
  • Support document review projects on a contract basis with hours and location set per project.
  • Assist with foreign-language translation and related review support when required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first and second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Availability for project-based remote or hybrid work, with hours and location established per project.
  • Willingness to work outside standard business hours when needed.

Benefits

  • $30 to $50 per hour compensation.
