Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, and related issues.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage review workflows.
  • Support document review projects with legal research and other review tasks.
  • Assist with expert testimony and foreign language translation as needed.
  • Work as part of a project team to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least 1 U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-review processes.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Availability for hours and location determined on a project-by-project basis, including possible remote work and non-standard business hours.
