Description

  • Define, communicate, and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Research customer needs, market trends, competitors, and industry best practices through user engagement and continuous discovery.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and technical requirements.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver product releases on schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
  • Lead product discovery activities, including idea validation, user interviews, product usage analysis, and improvement identification.
  • Monitor product performance using metrics and KPIs and translate insights into product enhancements.
  • Support product launches with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to drive adoption.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing digital products throughout the full product lifecycle.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital platforms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Product Management principles and best practices.
  • Experience creating PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization experience.
  • Product discovery and customer research experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate customer and business requirements into scalable product solutions.
  • Data-driven decision-making using product metrics and customer insights.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
