Description

  • Act as the primary technical and delivery liaison for key clients and align solutions with their business objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and thought leadership.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales engagements, proposals, and proof of concepts by providing delivery credibility and solution guidance.
  • Provide guidance on technology choices, architectures, and delivery best practices to support scalability, security, and quality.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and MLOps and assess their relevance for client solutions.
  • Define and enforce internal delivery standards, quality frameworks, and Agile methodologies across teams.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Tech Leads to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project execution.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs such as velocity, quality, utilization, and defect rates, and address risks proactively.
  • Participate in final technical and cultural interview rounds for candidates joining the studio or specialized accounts.
  • Mentor and coach Program Managers, Architects, and Senior Project Managers while supporting career path and growth framework development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a senior technical leader or consultant in staff augmentation or software development services.
  • Strong expertise across multiple platforms, frameworks, or delivery methodologies.
  • Fluency in conversational English is mandatory.
  • Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading or supporting client delivery in a services or consulting environment.
  • Experience participating in technical hiring and interview processes is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring senior delivery or technical leaders is preferred.
