Description

Coordinate the recruitment cycle at BCI.
Oversee and support the recruitment team and BCI HR operations.
Improve and develop the recruitment function at BCI.
Liaise with heads of divisions and members on Human Capital and recruitment policies.
Manage the application of GDPR compliance across recruitment activities.
Build constructive relationships with stakeholders and support organizational development.
Work independently and collaboratively to drive recruitment and HR projects forward.
Use initiative to identify and solve organizational problems.

Requirements

Relevant experience in human resource management is required.
Proven ability to manage human capital or recruitment functions.
Experience managing teams in a managerial or director-level capacity.
Experience building constructive relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and with teams using personal initiative.
Excellent oral communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent English writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to balance competing demands and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
Strong knowledge of climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology is preferred.
