Description

  • Design and develop data-driven trading insights and user experiences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze trading and user data to identify trends and propose product feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to execute product strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of trading data; experience in stock or cryptocurrency trading is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills in data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence.
  • Experience in statistics, user research, data analysis, project management, or product management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to generate actionable insights on user experience and behavior.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Current university student or recent graduate.
  • Interest in early-career development in a fixed-term accelerator program within the Web3 space.
