Description

  • Define and execute a data-driven product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Shape ambiguous ideas into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from user research and market analysis through specs, backlog prioritization, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on product launch strategies that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Communicate product progress, trade-offs, and strategic direction to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.
  • Establish, track, and analyze KPIs and OKRs to measure product performance and inform iteration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role delivering digital products.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, early-stage startup environment.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks to manage backlogs and development cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • A user-centric mindset and demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Hands-on experience with zero-to-one product launches (preferred).
  • Familiarity with growth loops, product-led growth (PLG), or early-stage marketing strategies (preferred).
