Description

  • Partner with leadership and department heads to define the vision for new solutions and tools.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable product solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through release, implementation, and optimization.
  • Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clarity and alignment.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Implement effective solutions that support business process changes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and engineering teams across product stages.
  • Independently manage niche projects or product stages when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of when to build versus when to solve without development.
  • Experience building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks.
  • Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools for early-stage prototyping and hypothesis validation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Business Analysis background is preferred.
