Description

Gestionar de forma integral la apertura, seguimiento y cierre de tickets en Amazon Seller Central y Vendor Central.
Resolver incidencias de catálogo, bloqueos, envíos, variaciones, Brand Registry y otros problemas operativos.
Investigar la causa raíz de los casos y persistir con el soporte de Amazon hasta obtener una solución efectiva.
Redactar apelaciones y comunicaciones para soporte utilizando herramientas de inteligencia artificial.
Interpretar políticas complejas de Amazon para encontrar soluciones técnicas rápidas.
Mantener informados a los Growth Managers sobre el estado de cada caso de manera clara y constante.
Documentar de forma ordenada los casos abiertos, los tiempos de respuesta y las resoluciones obtenidas.

Requirements

Mentalidad resolutiva y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con KPIs de rapidez en la resolución.
Excelente redacción y oratoria para explicar problemas complejos de forma sencilla.
Manejo de herramientas de IA para optimizar el trabajo diario (valorado).
Experiencia gestionando casos en Amazon Seller Central o Vendor Central (valorada).
Español fluido.
Inglés escrito avanzado (valorado).
