Description

  • Build and manage a B2B prospect pipeline across Latin America.
  • Identify founders, marketing leaders, startups, SMEs, and companies that may benefit from AI visibility solutions.
  • Research prospects and conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
  • Adapt messaging and sales strategies to different prospects and industries.
  • Use the AI visibility checker to demonstrate potential customer value.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand business challenges and goals.
  • Present the diagnostic, communicate its business value, handle objections, and guide purchase decisions.
  • Follow up consistently and close new Blueprint sales while identifying longer-term engagement opportunities.
  • Track sales activity and opportunities in relevant tools.
  • Test and improve outreach messaging, channels, and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or cold outreach.
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate leads independently.
  • Experience with outbound sales through LinkedIn, email, or cold calling.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, follow-up, and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to engage founders, executives, and marketing decision-makers.
  • Ability to explain unfamiliar or innovative products clearly and compellingly.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Based in Latin America and comfortable with performance-based sales objectives.
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, digital marketing, SEO, or technology solutions preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience selling to founders, startups, SMEs, marketing teams, or into the U.S. market preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or experience as a U.S. expat in Latin America preferred.
